The composition of the building contains modernized historical expression measures related to the architecture of the first half of 1930s. The pilasters of the middle façade ends with a plane distributed with vertical lines, and the parapet raising over it had to be emphasized with a small metal pole, according to the initial plan. Rounded balconies on the left side are connected with a two-floor long bay window on the east façade and thus it, in a specific way, defines the corner of Kestucio and no-name streets. Together with the building, a wooden warehouse and a small shop were built in the plot. Though the warehouse had to be demolished by 1934 due to too short distance from the living house, from the remaining documents it can be seen that the bureaucratic process lasted until the German occupation.
